Leah is off to Madison

Dropped Leah off at the airport this morning. She’s headed to Madison to visit with her family for the week. My plan was to get a lot of planning and design work done, but I’ve come down with a head cold and I’m not feeling particularly sharp at the present. Bleh.

Red Rock Canyon

On New Year’s Day Leah, Becky, and I took a trip to Red Rock Canyon just west of Vegas. We got there a little late in the day so we didn’t have a lot of time before we lost the light, but we did get a number of pictures taken. Here’s a few:

Back in the car and drove further west to another area.

Back in the and further west to the highest point in the park where you can get a full view of the Red Rock Canyon to the east and a bit of Vegas even further to the east.
